Bank refers potential equipment leasing transactions to ACC
ACC and Bank representative price and structure the transaction to
meet lessee needs
Upon completion of transaction funding, ACC to perform final profitability
calculation and remit referral fee to bank.
Reciprocal Referrals:
ACC may offer Bank an opportunity to underwrite leases that we have originated
internally at ACC, thus adding to the asset and customer base of the bank.
ACC may refer other transactions such as real estate or SBA loans to Bank.
