DIRECT REFERRAL PROGRAM PROCEDURES

Referral Process:

• Bank refers potential equipment leasing transactions to ACC
• ACC and Bank representative price and structure the transaction to meet lessee needs
• Upon completion of transaction funding,
  ACC to perform final profitability calculation and remit referral fee to bank.

Reciprocal Referrals:

• ACC may offer Bank an opportunity to underwrite leases that we have originated internally at ACC, thus adding to the asset and customer base of the bank. 
• ACC may refer other transactions such as real estate or SBA loans to Bank.
