Corporate Advisory Group
A critical capability of the Corporate Advisory Group has been its ability to become a consultative partner with existing and prospective clients. ACC's lease advisors are capable of analyzing the optimal lease structure for a given company and have tools to provide such structure that identifies lease and tax issues while demonstrating the benefits of leasing versus purchasing or borrowing for the client.
As part of the Corporate Advisory Group, Lessee Advisory teams work directly with companies to determine optimal structures and documentation for asset acquisition through leasing or borrowing. As a lessee advocate, ACC assures that the lessee's asset acquisition is financed to optimize the financial impact on the company and that the company obtains the most reasonable rates and structures available.
Services provided include debt and lease structure and placement or direct origination, restructuring of existing debt or leases, review and management of existing leases, negotiation of bank lines, financial impact modeling, development and implementation of private label vendor programs and services for captive leasing programs.
