Program Terms & Conditions

• Submitted package must include completed and properly signed application
• Personal guarantees required on all "application-only" transactions
• Complete equipment description including name and address of vendor required
• First and last payment in advance required
• Documentation fee of $200 plus UCC search and inspection fees (if needed)
• Excluded equipment and industries: restaurants, small retail, owner-operator truckers, environment-hazardous, vending, gaming, ATMs, tanning, software only, & rental.
• No sale-leasebacks, refinances, or user-to-user sales.
• ACC reserves the right to change rates without notice.
