These NMTC credits have been invested into over 50 projects in communities throughout our service area. HRF provides flexible, below-market rate financing to projects focusing on creating quality jobs and catalytic economic growth. BRS is the world&#8217;s first steel producer with LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification and flex mill capabilities empowered by artificial intelligence.
