In June 2005,\u00a0financing was provided to\u00a0construct a 30,000 square foot medical office building.\u00a0 This facility\u00a0provides office and retail space for health-related entities within a highly distressed medically under served area of Arkansas.<!--more-->  In August\u00a02005,\u00a0the first round of financing was provided for the construction of a mixed use building to include retail space as well as lodging space near the communities convention center.\u00a0\u00a0The\u00a0site is located in an economically distressed area of Arkansas.  In December\u00a02005,\u00a0the first round of financing was provided for the construction of a traditional neighborhood development (TND).\u00a0\u00a0The\u00a0site is located in a highly\u00a0distressed area of Arkansas.
