Reynolds Governor\u2019s Cup Wednesday, sweeping the top three places.  Picasolar took first followed by HomeDx and EverClean Coating Solutions.  On the undergraduate level, though, top bill in the state\u2019s collegiate business-plan realm is up for grabs. This year, it went to UALR\u2019s Catch-22. Ouachita\u2019s eScout and IMST of Harding took second and third.<!--more-->  The UA placed four of six graduate finalists, and two of 15 undergrad semifinalists. Schools outside of Fayetteville indeed are making more noise, at least on the undergrad level.
