Here&#8217;s a look at its 2013 accomplishments:<!--more-->  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Won the\u00a0<a title=\"MIT Clean Energy Prize\" href=\"http:\/\/cep.mit.edu\/?__hstc=253031638.4292d6eac5db52b98bd7414c95645fb5.1363700631079.1369074596045.1369316478500.19&amp;__hssc=253031638.5.1369316478500\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">MIT Clean Energy Prize<\/a>\u00a0on May 6 and a total of $250,000 in prize money ($150,000 from MIT, $100,000 from the Department of Energy).<\/li>\n<li>Won the inaugural\u00a0<a title=\"Banana Republic Grad Student Challenge\" href=\"https:\/\/netimpact.org\/learning-resources\/learning-opportunities\/student-competitions-awards\/banana-republic-grad-student-challenge?__hstc=253031638.4292d6eac5db52b98bd7414c95645fb5.1363700631079.1369074596045.1369316478500.19&amp;__hssc=253031638.5.1369316478500\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Banana Republic Grad Student Challenge<\/a>\u00a0through Net Impact and a first prize of $10,000.<\/li>\n<li>Won the 2013\u00a0<a title=\"IBK Capital-Ivey Business Plan Competition\" href=\"http:\/\/iveybpc.com\/?__hstc=253031638.4292d6eac5db52b98bd7414c95645fb5.1363700631079.1369074596045.1369316478500.19&amp;__hssc=253031638.5.1369316478500\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">IBK Capital-Ivey Business Plan Competition<\/a>\u00a0and $20,000 at the Richard Ivey School of Business\u00a0at the University of Western Ontario in January.<\/li>\n<li>Took third place and won the elevator pitch contest at the\u00a0<a title=\"University of Manitoba Stu Clark Investment Competition\" href=\"http:\/\/umanitoba.ca\/faculties\/management\/academic_depts_centres\/centres_institutes\/entrepreneurship\/stuartclark_venturechallenge\/stu_clark_competition.html?__hstc=253031638.4292d6eac5db52b98bd7414c95645fb5.1363700631079.1369074596045.1369316478500.19&amp;__hssc=253031638.5.1369316478500\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Stu Clark Investment Competition<\/a>, hosted by the University of Manitoba in Winnipeg, in March The team won $5,000 for finishing third and $1,000 for winning the elevator pitch contest.<\/li>\n<li>Won the graduate division and the $25,000 first prize at the\u00a0<a title=\"Arkansas Business - Picasolar, Catch-22 Big Winners at 2013 Reynolds Governor's Cup\" href=\"http:\/\/www.arkansasbusiness.com\/article\/91923\/picasolar-catch-22-big-winners-at-2013-dwr-governors-cup\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Donald W.
