The daycare is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week and caters to law enforcement, emergency personnel, and the fire department. However, they accept all children.  When most day care providers have the day off, there is one facility open, taking care of children 24 hours, seven days a week. &#8220;It&#8217;s been a God send really for us,&#8221; says Sgt.
