First Draw PPP Loan Applicants
Please send an email to acc_ppp@arcapital.com with your name, phone number and the name of the business, self-employed individual, or individual contractor that will be applying for the PPP loan. We will get you registered into our system. You will get an email confirmation and more information.

All Round 3 applicants can get started now
First, download Arkansas Capital’s PPP Handbook and carefully review its instructions for completing your application and for collecting the required supporting documentation for processing and approval.
Second, click on one of the links below to download the SBA PPP application that fits your business:
If your business does not file an IRS Schedule C, and you are a first draw applicant, please download and complete Form 2483 (updated by the SBA March 3).
If your business does not file an IRS Schedule C, and you are a second draw applicant, please download and complete Form 2483-SD (updated by the SBA March 3) is for second-draw applicants.
For IRS Schedule C borrowers only:
If you are a first draw applicant: please download and complete Form 2483-C (new from the SBA effective March 5)
If you are a second draw applicant: please download and complete Form 2483-SD-C (new from the SBA effective March 5)
The last required step for all Round 3 applicants is to complete a CDFI survey. Arkansas Capital is a Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI), certified by the U.S. Department of Treasury. All lenders who have this CDFI designation are required to collect demographic data for all Round 3 applicants (even though second-draw applications completed this survey for their first loan).

When you have completed your PPP application and collected all your supporting documents, please scan and email them to us at acc_ppp@arcapital.com.
