Andrea Hall is a dedicated commercial banking professional with 17 years of experience helping entrepreneurs and business owners achieve their goals through strategic financing solutions. For over 10 years, she has specialized in SBA lending, working closely with clients across the country to secure the capital needed to start, acquire, grow, and expand their businesses.
David Moored
Vice President, senior Business Development Officer
David has been in the banking industry for over 20 years, focusing on SBA Lending in the last 12 years. He spent half his business career in the private sector, primarily as CFO for various small to mid-sized companies. Not to mention Dave was involved in several industries, including printing, publishing, aviation, and cell phones.
Joe Reynolds

Joe Reynolds is a Senior SBA Business Development Officer with over a decade of experience helping entrepreneurs and business owners access the capital they need to grow. Since 2012, he has specialized in franchise start-ups and business acquisitions, successfully closing more than $200 million in SBA loans across nearly all 50 states.
Joe is recognized for his deep industry knowledge, nationwide lending expertise, and commitment to guiding clients through the financing process with clarity and confidence.
La’Twan Cheathem
Vice President, Business Development Officer
La’Twan Cheathem is an experienced SBA Lender with over 20 years in the banking industry, helping businesses and individuals access the capital they need to grow and succeed.
Since beginning his career in 2003, La’Twan has held a variety of roles that have shaped his deep understanding of financial services and fueled his passion for helping clients reach their goals. Today, he works closely with clients structuring SBA financing solutions tailored to a wide range of industries.
Manish Laroia
Vice President, Business Development Officer
Manish Laroia joins ACC Capital with over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, focusing on SBA lending portfolios, credit policy and risk governance.
Laroia spent most of his business career as a Credit Analyst and Portfolio Manager, before transitioning to Business Development Officer. With this experience, Manish analyze credit for Small & Middle Market companies up to $60MM in revenues across several industries including Manufacturing, Retail, Health Care, Hotels, Technology Companies, Startup Franchises etc.
McClernand “Mac” Crawford
Vice President, Business Development Officer
As an expert in 7A, 504, and USDA lending, Crawford has closed over $200M in transactions over his many years in the commercial lending business. In his new role at ACC, Crawford will support the SBLC program for Tennessee-based entrepreneurs.
Crawford was educated at Butler University in Indianapolis, Indiana, and is a member of several service organizations, including Rotary International, where he is a former club president. He has been a Paul Harris Fellow twice and is very active in the local chamber of commerce.

Andrew's background is in banking and finance, majoring in Finance and Behavioral Economics at the University of Arkansas, and working at First Horizon Bank in a few different roles, most recently as AVP and Banking Center Manager doing consumer and small business lending in Little Rock.
