Small Business Lending > Our Approach

Empowering Entrepreneurs. Strengthening Communities.

ACC Capital is your mission-driven lender, offering flexible capital solutions, expert guidance, and resources that help small businesses grow – even when traditional lenders turn away.

The ACC Capital Difference

Since 1957, we have operated as a private non-profit financial leader focused on economic change.

Community Focused

Our goal isn’t just profit; it’s working hard to create jobs, opportunities, and uplift the community.

Long Experience, Deep Expertise

Over 65+ years, our lending professionals have helped thousands of businesses – from partnering with banks, working with brokers, and just showing up.

Not Just Loans

We’re not just a lender! We’re also a tool for the beginning of your business. Our partnerships and services are designed to meet you where you’re at.

Our Process

Here’s a high-level overview of how we’ll get you from just-an-idea to funded-and-ready-to-grow.

1

Application & Initial Evaluation

Through calls or meetings, we talk business with you – working to understand your business, opportunities, challenges; and discuss what capital you need for the right timeline.

2

Product/Program Match

With a variety of loan types at our disposal (SBA 7a & 504, USDA, and Microloans) we tailor the solution that best fits your situation.

3

Documentation

We help you gather the required documents and ready supporting materials. Our team will guide you through eligibility, collateral, downpayment etc.

4

Underwriting, Approval, Closing

We perform underwriting – evaluating risk, collateral, guarantees – working with SBA/USDA in order to get you a fast approval, then we close the loan as quickly as possible.

5

Servicing & Support After Funding

We continue to support you after funds are distributed. We service our loans so you will be dealing with us throughout the loan history.

See the Difference We Make

At ACC Capital, impact is more than a statistic—it’s the ripple effect of entrepreneurs reaching their goals, businesses expanding their reach, and communities gaining new opportunities. Since 1957, we’ve combined lending, investment, and education to create financial growth.

From helping small businesses hire and retain employees to financing projects that revitalize neighborhoods, our work is rooted in strengthening the communities we serve.
