What is the Heartland Renaissance Fund?
Since 2003, HRF has received $425 million in allocation. These NMTC credits have been invested into over 50 projects in communities throughout our service area. HRF provides flexible, below-market rate financing to projects focusing on creating quality jobs and catalytic economic growth. HRF provides financing to projects with demonstrable community impacts and structures each investment to provide maximum benefit to the project.
