University of Arkansas business-plan teams continued their run of graduate-level domination at the 2013 Donald W. Reynolds Governor’s Cup Wednesday, sweeping the top three places. Picasolar took first followed by HomeDx and EverClean Coating Solutions. On the undergraduate level, though, top bill in the state’s collegiate business-plan realm is up for grabs. This year, it went to UALR’s Catch-22. Ouachita’s eScout and IMST of Harding took second and third. The UA placed four of six graduate finalists, and two of 15 undergrad semifinalists.
